Comes with everything seen in pictures.

Part shows wear from normal use (scratches, marks, dings). Fastened up well.  Plastic has some cracks near the mounting holes but bolted up. Imperfections,  grease/dirt stains, fading and scratches/dings as pictured. In working  condition.
